When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. If you ordered a pre-order item, we will do our best to fulfill your item by the date indicated on the product page.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock products will be shipped separately.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes, your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.

Do I have to pay duty or import charges?

All prices on our website are inclusive of import taxes and duties. No additional charges are applicable on delivery. Local customs laws may apply.

Can I edit my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.

What is your return policy?

In case you change your mind, items are eligible for refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. All returns will be subject to a $15 handling fee. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, and prior authorization is required for all returns. Return shipping costs as well as any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer exchanges at this time, and suggest you return your item and place a new order for your desired bag.

What materials do you use?

We believe that only through the best raw materials we are able to achieve the most amazingly unique products. For that reason, we maintain a sustainable long-lasting relation with only the best and most reliable suppliers. The material for every model is explicit in the product description.

Our leather suppliers have AEO and ISO9001 certificates, have passed BSCI and Amazon factory inspections, and our leathers have passed SGS and UL environmental testing standards.

How do I take care of my SŚAJE bag?

Suede

With use small creases may develop and colour may change slightly, adding to its charm. Suede is a unique and delicate material, it is best to avoid contact with light coloured clothing and upholstery as dye from this leather may transfer. As all our leathers have a natural finish, over exposure to water should be avoided. Should the product get wet, please remove any residual water with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. Because suede has a very soft, velvety finish, water drops can darken the leather temporarily, returning to its original colour upon drying. If any water marks were to remain, brush the leather with a soft brush to remove any particles and unify the look of the leather. It's important that the bristles used are soft, made of materials such as nylon to brush the leather without causing any harm, avoid using any hard plastic or metal brushes. Use the same type of brush to remove any loose dirt. Please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather when rubbed against. Please keep away from heat and damp and store in the dust bag.

Cow Leather

Although all of our cow leathers have been treated with water protection products, they have a natural finish so over exposure to water should be avoided. Should the product get wet, please remove any residual water with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. The natural finish of our leathers gives them a soft and luxurious feel. Should the leather get scratched or worn you can apply leather cream (natural or coloured depending on the colour of your bag). Then polish them with a dry cotton cloth to enhance its natural shine and remove any traces before use. Please try first on a small surface on the base of the bag or somewhere not visible to make sure the leather cream you use is the right colour and has the right finish. It's not advisable to use leather creams on matte leathers as leather creams often create a slightly shiny effect. For light colours please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather when rubbed against the fabric. We recommend professional cleaning services when required. Use a soft dry cloth to remove any loose dirt. Please keep away from heat and damp and store in the dust bag in an upright position with paper stuffing, ensuring all straps and chains are placed inside the bag.
