Return
Need to make a return? No worries, we get it. That’s why we have an easy return process if something doesn’t work out as hoped. To initiate your return, please email us at info@ssaje.com.
All returned items will be inspected thoroughly and subject to rejection if they do not satisfy all requirements:
- Item is in original condition, unworn, free from marks, stains, or odors (of any kind) and has no signs of wear
- Item has all return ribbons, tags and hygiene stickers attached and not tampered with
- Items are returned by the 14th day of delivery with proof of purchase
SŚAJE reserves the right to reject any item that does not comply with the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you and shipping costs will not be covered by SŚAJE.
RETURNS
Full-priced merchandise can be returned for full refund.
- Orders that are marked as final sale are non-refundable.
- Returned exchanges and orders placed with store credit can only be returned for store credit.
- Items marked with “sale” signs or strike-through pricing, are final sale and non-refundable. Original shipping costs, package insurance, and custom fees are also non-refundable.
Return processing times are currently 7-10 business days once the return is received.
