SŚAJE ships worldwide, view the full list at checkout. If you don’t see your country, please don’t hesitate to send an email to info@ssaje.com, our team will strive to accommodate your purchase.

We offer free worldwide shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. If you ordered a pre-order item, we will do our best to fulfill your item by the date indicated on the product page.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock products will be shipped separately.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes, your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.

Do I have to pay duty or import charges?

All prices on our website are inclusive of import taxes and duties. No additional charges are applicable on delivery. Local customs laws may apply.

Lost or missing orders

If you think your package is lost, email us at info@ssaje.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that Ssaje is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.
